Does it cause loc build-up?
Used sparingly on new growth only it minimises build-up. Wash regularly with a clarifying shampoo to keep locs clean.
Is it safe to retwist wet?
No — let locs dry fully after retwisting to avoid mildew. Damp is fine, soaking wet is risky.
Can I use it on braids?
Yes — great for flat twists, knotless braids and laying down baby hairs.
