Are your products genuine?
Yes. Every product is sourced directly from the brand or an authorised UK distributor — never grey-market or counterfeit. If you ever have doubts, message us and we'll show you the chain of custody.
How long does UK delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday ship the same day via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and typically arrive within 2–3 working days. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends ship the next working day.
How much is shipping?
Flat £3.99 to anywhere in the UK mainland, and free on orders over £30. Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may take an extra day.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not yet — we're UK-only for now. Sign up for the newsletter to hear when international shipping opens.
How can I pay?
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout. Klarna instalments are available on eligible orders.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive a Royal Mail tracking number by email once your order ships, and you can check status any time at Track Order.
What is your return policy?
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery under the UK Consumer Rights Act. See our Returns & Refunds page for how to start a return.
