Crazy Color, the UK heritage punk-era brand from Renbow, has been mixing vivid semi-permanents since 1977. Lilac is a soft pastel purple with cool pink-violet undertones - the dreamy lavender-leaning shade that reads almost grey-purple in dim light. Deposit-only so no lift; needs a level 9-10 pale blonde base for true pastel impact and gives a faint violet wash on darker hair. Fades evenly into a powdery dusty mauve over 4-8 washes. For pastel mood boards and the cottagecore-meets-grunge crowd.
