Caution UV is a neon orange-pink-red that glows under blacklight - bright warm-toned with red and pink undertones, the kind of shade that registers as fluorescent in daylight too. Deposit-only so no lift, which means full neon impact on pre-lightened pale blonde and a vivid sheen on light bases. Fades through softer coral over 4-8 washes.
