These terms govern your use of aizel.co.uk (the "Site") and the goods sold through it. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
1. About us
Aizel is an online retailer of authentic Afro/Black hair and body care brands, operating from the United Kingdom. Contact us at orders@aizel.co.uk or via the contact page.
2. Ordering and prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors at the point of order acceptance. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch.
3. Authenticity
We source every product directly from authorised distributors or the brand owner. If you ever receive an item that you suspect is not authentic, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and either replace or refund.
4. Delivery
Delivery options, costs and timeframes are published on our shipping page and shown at checkout. Free UK delivery applies on orders over £30. We dispatch from the UK by Royal Mail or a tracked courier.
5. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Under UK consumer law you have 14 days from receipt to cancel an order for any reason and a further 14 days to return the goods, provided they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. The full process and contact form is on our returns page. We are not obliged to accept returns of opened cosmetic or hygiene-sealed items unless the product is faulty.
6. Faulty or damaged goods
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days with photographs of the issue. We will arrange replacement or full refund including return postage at our cost.
7. Promotions and discount codes
Promotional discount codes apply to qualifying items only, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders we believe to be misusing a promotion.
8. Account and password
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. Notify us immediately at orders@aizel.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.
9. Intellectual property
All site content (text, images, product descriptions, the Aizel logo) is owned by Aizel or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or republish it without permission. Brand names and trademarks of products we sell remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Privacy and data
Our handling of your personal data is set out in the privacy policy. By using the Site you consent to that policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes will be flagged on the Site.
13. Governing law
These terms and any contract between us are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not affect the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
